We are looking to hire E-2 Electricians with solar installation experience. Applicants must have the ability to be flexible with tasks assigned as we are a multi-faceted energy solutions company - installing commercial lighting projects, EV charging stations, as well as commercial and residential solar. This opportunity is for an individual that is punctual, responsible, with strong customer service and communication skills and can grasp new concepts quickly.
Install, maintain, adjust, operate, test and repair branch circuits, power distribution wiring, electrical equipment, fixtures, lighting systems, and conduit all in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) installing low voltage communications cabling including ethernet terminations.
Maintain documentation, standard work practices/procedures and job specific procedures.
Continually seek opportunities for process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Flexibility and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Perform tasking outdoors in environmentally challenging conditions including rain, wind, and cold weather.
The position will require: Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience.
Solar installation experience is a MUST.
Roof racking, commissioning and site survey experience is a PLUS.
Career motivated.
OSHA 10 is required.
Safe and proper usage of tools used in the trade.
Perform work as requested by Management.
Must be client focused and professional.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
The qualified candidate must:
Have a current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (a MVR will be pulled).
Be a licensed E-2 electrician.
Pass a background check.
Be able to work independently, with little supervision.
Be able to work some overtime and weekends if needed.
Be willing to learn other areas of the business as well.
