Energy Consultant

IMMEDIATE opportunities. ELC Energy Solutions, Inc., a 16-year-strong Energy Services Company (ESCO) is actively seeking experienced, and qualified Energy Consultants under ELC’s *“The sky is the limit” earnings program. Part-time (flexible hours) and full-time positions will require a strong focus on the build-out, ongoing development, and growth of a healthy and diverse opportunity pipeline, and confirmed sales. With your successful effort and outcome, this program guarantees a remarkably high earning potential.

As an Energy Consultant, responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

  • develop and nurture a healthy opportunity pipeline for continuous sales potential

  • meeting individual and company sales goals

  • understand, and master the art of “selling money”, through the savings that are inherently part of an energy efficiency project

  • understand and utilize utility program rebates, incentives, and repayment offerings in your sales approach

  • prepare for weekly sales meetings/trainings using standard or creative methods for learning and information sharing

  • develop personal marketing and networking strategies applicable to specific market penetration, and/or event efforts

  • ongoing commitment to practicing good communication, and appropriate information gathering throughout the process; (thus resulting in a greater customer experience and further income potential though referrals)

  • consistently utilize company resources and systems for ongoing sales development, information sharing, and understanding areas of improvement thru data

  • attention to detail, and strong written/oral communication as well as computer (MS Office Suite) experience necessary

Experience & Education:

  • minimum 2 years of successful sales

  • minimum 2 years of business-to-business interaction

Compensation: Commission based *“The sky is the limit” earnings program refers to ELC’s no-cap approach to payable commissions for a sales-driven Energy Consultant. This program applies to the Business Development Manager and the Direct Sales-Energy Consultant roles. This program works in conjunction with self-generated sales, company sponsored event-based sales, individual networking-partner generated sales, and growing a strong, payable referral network.
